An interesting and lesser-known fact about the Kuari Pass is that it was originally used as a trade route by the indigenous Bhotiya tribes. They traveled between the upper regions of the Himalayas and the lower valleys for centuries, trading goods like salt, grains, and textiles. This historical trade route played a significant role in connecting these remote areas.
